Refund policy

1.Statutory Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.

2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Coffee Seal)

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery. 

Note: Coffee (beans or ground) can only be returned if the packaging is unopened, originally sealed, and undamaged. Once the freshness seal has been broken, a return is excluded.

3. Return Procedure & Costs

To ensure a smooth return process, please contact us in advance by email at: shop@lurocoffee.com. We kindly ask you to refrain from unannounced returns whenever possible. After you contact us, we will provide you with all further information and the correct return address. Note on costs: You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We expressly recommend insured shipping with tracking, as no liability can be accepted for returns lost in the mail.

4. Damages and Complaints

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If the goods are damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at shop@lurocoffee.com so we can resolve the issue.

5. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you about the status of the refund. If approved, the credit will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
