OVERVIEW Welcome to Luro Coffee! The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Luro Coffee. Luro Coffee operates this shop and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Luro Coffee is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are of legal age in your state or country of residence. You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND WITHDRAWAL When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Luro Coffee reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its sole discretion. Right of Withdrawal: The return of your purchases is subject exclusively to our [Link: Right of Withdrawal]. Note: According to § 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed goods (coffee) that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING The price applicable at the time of the order shall apply. You represent that you are authorized to use the specified payment method. All applicable fees (shipping, taxes) will be clearly displayed during checkout.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once we have handed the goods over to the shipping service provider, ownership and risk of loss pass to you. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping service provider or events beyond our control.

SECTION 6 – RETURN PROCEDURE To initiate a return, please contact us in advance at shop@lurocoffee.com. We kindly ask you to refrain from unannounced returns whenever possible to ensure smooth processing. Important: You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We expressly recommend insured shipping with tracking.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content (texts, images, logos, designs) is the property of Luro Coffee and is legally protected. Any use for commercial purposes or reproduction without our written consent is prohibited.

SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Luro Coffee is hosted on Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for the sales between you and Luro Coffee. You release Shopify from any liability arising from transactions with us.

SECTION 9 – ERRORS AND INACCURACIES Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies regarding price, availability, or description. We reserve the right to correct these errors at any time or to cancel affected orders.

SECTION 10 – APPLICABLE LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
