We ship to all member states of the European Union (EU).

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product price. They are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the specific delivery destination within the EU.

3. Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Germany: 2–4 business days

EU: 5–10 business days

4. Shipping Partners

Shipping is handled via DHL. After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days at shop@lurocofee.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged goods.
